The Wellbeing School is designed to give children the awareness of, and the precise language they need to describe their emotions.

Language is important. It is the bridge between ourselves and others - it allows us to express how we are feeling, and get the help we need.

Having the right words allows children to feel better connected to themselves and create the foundation for healthy and sustainable relationships with others.
